The Mind Lab Limited (we, us or our) has developed MINDLABKIDS.COM (the Site) to provide a fun, collaborative learning platform for the purpose of providing children engaging ways to learn about science, technology, engineering, and maths. These challenges are designed to stretch learning and to encourage children to experiment, test, explore and build knowledge and skills.

Collection of information:
We gather various information about users of the Site. This information includes:
Registration information you provide when you create an Account on the Site, including your first name and surname, date of birth, email address of parent or guardian, username and password.
Personal Information you provide to us through any other method (including without limitation correspondence and discussions whether on the Site or via other means).
Location information when you visit the Site including location information either provided by a mobile device or associated with your IP address, where we are permitted by law to process this information.
Usage, viewing and technical data, including your device identifier or IP address, when you visit our Site.
Aggregated data, which tracks traffic to the Site, and cookies, which are pieces of information transferred to your computer hard drive for record keeping (such as your preferences on our Site).
How we use your information

You should be aware that any personal information you choose to share within public forums or chat features offered on the Site may be read, collected and used by others who access them. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

We will hold your information for as long as your Account is active or as is needed to provide services to you. If you wish to cancel your Account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
track traffic patterns to and from the Site including information like the pages you visit, the time you spend on each page, the date and time of your visit, and referring pages (pages you came from or go to); and
ensure advertising is being shown to the most appropriate person and limit the frequency of display for certain ad formats.
You can choose to disable cookies by turning them off in your web browser settings and/or deleting them from your hard drive. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use the Site but you may have limited or no access to some features or functions of the Site if the cookies are turned off.
